Please make sure to read my Terms of Service before commissioning me!

• RealisticPAYMENT : 1 • I accept payment through PAYPAL or ko-fi.2 • Payments through paypal are sent via paypal invoices unless stated otherwise.3 • I accept payment plans.4 • I am not responsible for any mistakes that may occure on your part over the course of the transaction.5 • I will initiate the transaction through a paypal invoice to avoid any accidental transactions. Please do not send any kind of payment until i've accepted and confirmed your order.6 •Prices are referential and doesn't include paypal taxes.7 • If payment is not made in a timely manner after the invoice has been sent, the commission will be cancelled. Repeated counts of commissioning me but failing to pay in time will result in blacklisting.8 • I will start working on your commission when i've received the full payment unless discussed otherwise.GENERAL TERMS : 1 • Please only commission me if you are fine with the potentially long wait. I will always provide updates and i will always be able to reach through my social media, preferably through my Discord.2 • When commissioning me, please do so in a polite manner.3 • Provide clear references, preferable images and descriptions. I dont accept only descriptions as references.4 • Follow the rules provided in my Term of Service, if you fail to do so i will decline your commission.5 • I have the right to cancel the commission if i do not feel comfortable working on said commission for any reason.6 • You have 2 free corrections in each phase of the process (sketch, color, details). If you want to make more changes or a big change you must pay for it, the price depends on the amount of work. Changes that require redrawing an element in the color or detail phase are big changes. Consider asking for these changes in the sketch phase.7 • My art is constantly evolving and improving which means there will be small changes from time to time in my work (anatomy, coloring, lineart etc) please keep that in mind!8 • I wont accept full refunds to the order once the sketch has been done and approved by the client.9 • By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and is expected and obligated to follow them. You are also automatically promising that you wont request any chargebacks.Deadlines:1 • My working hours vary from 9:00 to 23:00 (GMT-3) from Monday to Friday. I am not available on Saturdays and Sundays.2 • The progress sample has a lead time of 1 to 7 days (depending on the commission, an illustration takes longer than an emote). Please be patient. Previews will be displayed with a watermark.3 • Delivery times vary depending on the order, if the client takes a long time to give an answer the time will be extended, I have no control over their response time and this can delay the established time.4 • If the client does not communicate within 10 days I will have to terminate the commission and move on to other commissions.
It is not possible to resume the commission once it has ended unless discussed otherwise. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY : I, the artist, holds the right to the produced artwork, however, in order to clear up what i mean with that i will list what im allowed to do down below. I will also list what you, as the client, are allowed to do with the produced artwork along with what you are not allowed to do.As the artist, im allowed to:
• Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites.
• Post/display the artwork (on my Facebook and Twitter for example) but i will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character.
• Publish artbooks with it.As the client, you are allowed to:
• Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
• Post the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit for the artwork.
• Claim the right of the character but not the actual artwork.You are NOT allowed to:
• Reproduce/using the artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
• Use the commissioned artwork for AI generated purposes.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Edit/change the artwork without my permission. COMMERCIAL USAGE :
• If you, the client, want to order a commission for commercial use the price of the commission will increase by 80% - 100%.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: Publicly or privately reproducing and selling the artwork, cases where you recieve a profit from a platform where you've posted my artwork, for example YouTube, Twitch, Business site etc).Examples of Commercial:
• Live2d Models / Vtube models.
• Stream PNG's / Pngtuber.
• Stream assets such as: Emotes, badges, alert artwork etc.
• Prints, stickers, keychains, charms and other merchandises.Examples of Non-Commercial:
• Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc posts.
• Twitch / Twitter / Facebook / Instagram etc profile pictures.
• Printing for yourself with no intentions of selling it.
• Banners on Twitch, Twitter, Facebook etc.
• Schedule Art for streaming activities.
• Twitch About panel art.
